Matthias van den Heuvel

Matthias van den Heuvel is a PhD candidate at the Chair of Innovation and IP Policy at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) since February 2018. Prior to joining the EPFL, he worked as an economist in a private bank and as a researcher at the WTO. Matthias obtained a Master in International Economics in 2015 from the Graduate Institute in Geneva and Yale University. His research interests include environmental economics, international trade and applied econometrics.
