Narae has been managing energy and climate change finance projects at the Inter-American Development Bank past six years. She also actively writes and advocates for solutions to climate change, which was a crucial reference point as she co-authored the Green Growth Best Practice and was invited to speak at the various setting, including a recent conference by United Nations Development Program in Chile. Born and raised in South Korea, Narae studied Business and Economics at the Seoul National University and got her first master (MIA) with focus on international trade law at Institut de hautes études internationales et du développement in Switzerland. She is now completing her second master (Ms on Energy and Climate Change) at Johns Hopkins University.
