Nilgün Taş is the Deputy Director of the Department of Environment at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and Chief of the Industrial Resource Efficiency Division, which promotes and advises on green industry development through resource efficient cleaner production (RECP) and circular economy practices, transfer of environmentally sound technologies (TEST), green chemistry and chemical leasing as well as eco-system services with an emphasis on water. She also leads UNIDO’s cross-departmental team for Circular Economy.
