Mr. Nils Heuer is an Associate Programme Officer working on Consumer Information and Ecolabelling in the Consumption and Production Unit of UNEP’s Economy Division. He is primarily coordinating the One Planet network Consumer Information Programme to establish synergies between stakeholders, develop joint projects, organize joint activities and events in order to strengthen consumer information for more sustainable consumption and production globally. He is also providing technical support to an EU4Environment project on eco-labelling in Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. Before joining UNEP, he has worked as an Ecolabel Account Officer at the Marine Stewardship Council in London, UK. He holds a Master degree (M.Sc.) in Sustainable Development and Environmental Governance.
