Oscar Ceville
Environmental Specialist, Department of Sustainable Development of the Organization of American States (OAS)
As an Environmental Specialist for the Department of Sustainable Development of the Organization of American States, Oscar Ceville has been working in the area of trade and environment for more than 10 years. He is currently in charge of monitoring and evaluation of the CAFTA-DR environmental cooperation agenda, and other regional efforts in the framework of cooperation programs. Mr Ceville past experiences include work with FAO, and in both the private and public sector. He holds a Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Tecnologica de Panama.
