Paola is the Project Associate for Communication and Knowledge Management of the FARM Project in Ecuador, implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
Paola has over fifteen years of professional experience in the design and implementation of communication strategies, with a strong focus on the dissemination of scientific information related to environmental conservation and sustainable development. Her work has supported development projects implemented with the Ministry of Environment and Energy, UNDP, and the Global Environment Facility (GEF), as well as other international cooperation agencies such as GIZ, KOICA, and FIEDS. She has also contributed to initiatives addressing human development issues, including migration and refugee affairs, health, gender equality, and human rights, integrating communication and knowledge management approaches across diverse thematic areas.
Paola holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Communication for Development, a master’s degree in International Cooperation for Development, and a master’s degree in Social Communication for Scientific Research.
