
Rodrigo Rodriguez Tornquist is the Secretary of Climate Change, Sustainable Development and Innovation at Argentina's Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with specialization in International Affairs (Catholic University of Argentina), and has a degree in environmental management (National University of San Martin). During 2013-2014 he was a Research Fellow at the MIT SPURS (2013-2014). He has experience in international negotiations, transport and waste management policies. He's member of the steering committee of the UN International Resources Panel, former President of the LEDS LAC platform (2017) and Chair of the UN´s 10 Year Framework of Programs for SGD 12. Nowadays he is also professor at the National University of San Martin.
