Sang-Baek Chris Kang

Dr. Sang-Baek Chris Kang is a Director at Green Technology Center Korea (GTC-K) in charge of global cooperation division. His major expertise areas are green technology transfer to developing countries and cooperation with international organizations. Before joining GTC-K, he was a General Manager of SK C&C branch office at Dubai, UAE. Furthermore, he was also a researcher at Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) - government ICT research institute in Korea. He was an invited speaker for Philippine Ministry of ICT and also an invited member of South African e-government council. He had diverse experiences in international cooperation and business development as well as private-public partnership.  He holds Information Systems Ph.D. from University of Missouri at Saint Louis, and Master degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in U.S.
