Shiju Mazhuvanchery V. is a Fellow at TERI, New Delhi and an Adjunct Faculty at the Department of Policy Studies, TERI University. He is currently engaged in the teaching and research of Environmental Law and Policy and Competition Law. He has worked on a number of projects in the field of environment and natural resources management and has been teaching subjects like Environmental Law and Policy, Climate Law and Policy, Biotechnology Regulation and Management, and Infrastructure Reforms, Policies and Law for the last ten years. Prior to joining TERI he was with the National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata. In his five years of teaching career at NUJS he has taught many subjects including Constitutional Law, Competition Law and Labour Laws. Shiju has delivered guest lectures at many prominent institutions in India including the National Judicial Academy, Foreign Service Institute, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Indian Law Institute and Indian Society of International Law. He has published widely on Environmental Law and Policy and Competition Law. He was one of the Rapporteurs of the High Level Segment of CoP – 11 of the Convention on Biological Diversity.
