Silvia Rojas-Fernandez

Silvia Rojas-Fernandez has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Costa Rica and a Master of Business Administration degree from ESEUNE Business School (a partnership between Georgetown University and North China University of Technology). She has extensive experience in sustainable development, the creation and implementation of biodiversity conservation programs, interagency negotiation, public-private partnerships, the creation and promotion of green financing tools, and the management and supervision of endowments.
