Yang Liu

Yang Liu is currently in the final stage of his PhD in economics at Ecole Polytechnique of France. His research interests lie mainly in the design of economic policies for tackling energy and climate challenges. Yang Liu has ten years of experience in public policy development, renewable energy and climate finance, and sustainability strategy. He has served as a diplomat in Beijing and in Rabat, a senior consultant with the Ecowas Bank for Investment and Development in Lomé and Capgemini in Paris.
