Zulvia Dwi Kurnaini
Deputy Director for Subsidy Policy
Zulvia Dwi Kurnaini (Anna) joined Ministry of Finance of Republic of Indonesia in 1998 as Junior Analyst. In 2007, she graduated from The University of Western Australia majoring in Economic. In 2009, she was promoted to Deputy Director for Tax Revenue Policy, position she held until 2016. From 2016 onwards, she has been appointed as Deputy Director for Subsidy Policy. During her time managing Subsidy Policy, she has involved in various working groups regarding the fossil fuel subsidy reform such as: the G20 Germany-Mexico Peer Review on Inefficient Fossil Fuel Subsidy Reform (IFFSR) in 2017, APEC’s framework on Vietnam Inefficient Fossil Fuel Subsidy Reform in 2017, and most recent G20 Indonesia-Italy Peer Review on Inefficient Fossil Fuel Subsidy Reform (2017-2018). Regarding the last working group, she was the team leader of Indonesia’s IFFSR working group and largely involved in the Italy’s IFFSR working group.
