This publication Building Africa’s Great Green Wall: Restoring Degraded Drylands for Stronger and More Resilient Communities presents efforts by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and its partners on mapping the intervention area of the Great Green Wall initiative. The restoration opportunities are based on data gathered through the Collect Earth project. The publication is was produced to support FAO's presentation at the 2016 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP22) in Marrakech, Morroco.
