This report examines how agrobiodiversity and other biological resources that support food and agriculture can be better conserved and enhanced. 

It explores targeted mechanisms to incentivize and reward farmers, Indigenous Peoples and local communities for protecting agricultural biodiversity. 

The research highlights key threats to agrobiodiversity, including monocultures, insecure land tenure, technologies that favour crop uniformity, and weak seed and knowledge systems.
