The youth of today have inherited a world shaped by the governance systems and national policies established over the past 50 years, in which humanity face intertwined crises of the state of our planet and extreme inequality among people and societies.
This report captures the perspectives of youth when it comes to participation and involvement, including specific political representation. An online survey was conducted to further assess attitudes and views of youth, with responses from more than 900 young people around the world.
The report is a companion to the upcoming independent scientific report Stockholm+50: Unlocking a Better Future prepared ahead of the Stockholm+50 international meeting.
