This report, in Spanish, considers Peru's sustainable development strategies in driving circularity and implementing long-term environmental sustainability. It also identifies obstacles as well as opportunities present in the agricultural, fisheries and aquaculture sectors.
With input from regional expert information, case studies and literary reviews, the report aims to guide public and private actors throughout the transition towards a circular economy.
Best practices from Colombia, Chile and the Netherlands are introduced to better illustrate how production models and value chains can be transformed. It also outlines recommendations within two main categories- impact and feasibility - to reconsider policies regarding the allocation and management of resources.
