Climate Finance and the USD 100 Billion Goal

This research series focuses on climate finance provided and mobilized for developing countries. It includes outputs that specifically assess progress made by developed countries towards the goal of mobilizing $100 billion per year by 2020 for climate action in developing countries, as well as further analysis that provide complementary insights.

The latest instalment in the series builds on previous reports, presenting aggregate trends of annual climate finance for the period 2013-2019. The trends are presented by finance source, climate theme and sector, geography and financial instrument.
