This report summarizes a six-week training on Financing Just Transitions, delivered by PAGE and the UN DCO in March–April 2025, which brought together over 100 participants from eight countries.
The programme combined peer learning and expert coaching, linking training to national priorities and supporting the development of partnerships and investment proposals.
It focused on mobilizing public and private finance for a just transition, covering key topics such as fiscal policy, financial instruments, and de-risking mechanisms.
