Achieving the goals of the Paris Agreement requires not only technological advancements but also significant shifts in public behaviour.

This paper analyses how countries are integrating behavioural changes into their Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) to drive greenhouse gas emission reductions.

It also suggests that countries should employ a broader range of behaviour change tools, including incentives, eco-labels, and personalized information, to create a more comprehensive approach in their climate strategies.
