This technical report analyzes the energy efficiency and renewable energy potential within Cambodia’s garment, footwear, and travel goods (GFT) sector.
Based on 50 energy audits conducted between August 2021 and August 2022, the report identifies key opportunities for cost reduction and environmental improvement, and it also examines the relevant Cambodian policy framework.
This technical report was produced as part of the EU-Switch Garment project, a collaborative effort to advance sustainable energy practices in Cambodia’s garment industry.
