On 8 May 2018 (23:00 JST), the Clean Energy Solutions Center, in partnership with the Organization of American States (OAS), and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) is holding a webinar on 'Finding New Synergies between Water and Energy.'
This webinar is to spark a dialogue on ways to integrate existing proven technologies into sustainable systems that can provide access to fresh water, generate green electricity and manage renewable energy variability. MIT will present its concept of Integrated Pumped Hydro Reverse Osmosis System (IPHROS). Oceanus Power & Water LLC will share its experience on building an integrated system in Mexico. The Clean Energy Solutions Center will elaborate on its strategies to help governments design and adopt policies and programs that support the deployment of clean energy technologies through its “Ask an Expert” service.
