On 31 July 2018 (1:00 PM GMT/UTC), Future Climate for Africa is hosting a webinar on “Demonstration and application of a financial planning tool for African National Meteorological and Hydrological Services”.
The USAID funded Assessing Sustainability and Effectiveness of Climate Information Services (Sustainable CIS) project is developing a financial planning tool that enables African National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHS) to: build the business case for increased investment from government and donors; identify new sources of revenue and partnerships; and demonstrate financial good practice. The speakers will demonstrate the tool and showcase an application by an NMHS - Meteo Rwanda. We invite feedback for refinement and guidance on future usage.
The webinar will run twice: once in English (31 July, 2018) and once in French (2nd August, 2018).
