On 9 December 2020 at 15:00 (CET), the Sustainable Infrastructure Partnership (SIP) is hosting a webinar on 'How Can We Harmonize and Disseminate Sustainable Infrastructure Tools, Frameworks, and Standards?'.

This webinar will introduce two sustainable infrastructure efforts underway.

Speakers

  • John Hauert, Lead for Sustainable Infrastructure, Emerging Markets Sustainability  Dialogues (EMSD), GIZ, and Rowan Palmer, Lead for Sustainable Infrastructure  Partnership, UNEP, will discuss the expansion of the Sustainable Infrastructure  Tool Navigator, a web-based platform that helps identify and provide access to relevant tools to successfully integrate sustainability along the infrastructure lifecycle.
  • Lori Kerr, Senior Infrastructure Finance Specialist at the Global Infrastructure  Facility and the World Bank, will discuss FAST-Infra’s (Finance to Accelerate the  Sustainable Transition-Infrastructure) new infrastructure labelling system aimed at transforming sustainable infrastructure into a mainstream, liquid asset class and other harmonization efforts of MDBs under the G20.

Following these two presentations, the webinar will have ample time for a discussion of how these and other sustainable infrastructure tools and standards can improve capacity development for sustainable infrastructure.
