On 24 September 2024 (15:00-17:00 CEST), the African Development Bank's Youth Community of Practice is hosting a policy dialogue on Achieving Food Sovereignty through Youth-driven Smart Agriculture.
The event will convene youth organizations, experts and entrepreneurs who specialize in innovative agriculture, aiming to transform Africa’s agricultural landscape.
Discussions will focus on identifying and promoting strategies to engage African youth in smart agriculture. It will also look into the importance of smart and climate-smart practices, the role of digital and ICT solutions in enhancing agricultural productivity, and the need for sustainable financing and policy support.
