WTO public forum 2022
Enabling sustainable and inclusive trade: data science solutions for public-private partnership and innovative transparency mechanisms. On the 29th of September 2022, the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), ETH Zurich, Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW), the Yield Lab Institute and the Global Trade Alert are organizing one of the sessions of the WTO Public Forum 2022 in person from 11:30 to 12:45 (CET). This session aims to contribute to the achievement of SDG 12, “responsible consumption and production” by translating the needs of stakeholders into data science questions for digitally-enabled business ecosystems and transparency mechanism design.

On 30 June 2022 the meeting "Digital Infrastructure for Sustainable Consumption and Production: Solutions for Actions" was held online and focused on solution-oriented discussions with breakout room engagement.
The Information Challenge for Sustainable Consumption Production
On 22 June 2022 the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), ETH Zurich, Global Trade Alert, and ZHAW hosted an online meeting, which was as a ‘reality check’, to understand the information problems experienced by stakeholders and the practical challenges of building a new transparency mechanism for sustainable consumption and production.
