Camila Gramkow is a PhD student at the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research at the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom. Her thesis research is on the role of promoting green investments and innovation for a green economy in emerging economies. She holds a master’s degree from the Economics Institute of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Her award winning master's dissertation explored the environmental and economic sustainability of the Brazilian development model based on natural resources exports. Prior to this, she received her degree as an economist by the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of Sao Paulo (USP) in Brazil. She has experience with project management; having designed, implemented and evaluated international cooperation projects mainly on climate change mitigation under the International Climate Fund and the Prosperity Fund.
