Ingrid Jegou is the Manager of the Global Platform on Climate Change, Trade and Sustainable Energy at the International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development (ICTSD) since 2011, and serves on ICTSD’s Committee for Operations and Strategy. Ms. Jegou, an economist from Lund University in Sweden, joined ICTSD in 2009. Ms. Jegou has previously served as a Senior Adviser and a Senior Economist at the Swedish National Board of Trade, and as an analyst for the Swedish Institute for Food and Agricultural Economics. She is a non-voting member of the SETI Alliance, and the group manager of two E15 expert groups on climate change and on clean energy. She is a member of a Climate Strategies led initiative advising the Paris conference “Our common future under climate change”, and has previously represented ICTSD in the Green Growth Action Alliance. Ms Jegou has authored a number of papers on trade and climate change. She is an experienced speaker and meeting moderator.
