Michael Willig

Michael Willig is a data scientist and the coordinator of the analytics team at GS1 Netherlands. Before joining GS1 in 2009, Willig worked for the Earth Science Career Event foundation and Mattmo concept design as an information gatherer for a project to build a database. Since 2014, Michael has taken several certifications on programming, data analytics, and machine learning. Michael Willig holds a Ph. D in Geochemistry from the University of Münster, a Master's Degree on Solid Earth and did his bachelor’s degree on Earth Science.
