Nguyen Anh Minh has joined CARE International in Vietnam at the end of 2013 as a Climate Change Advocacy & Network Officer. With 8 years working experience in development sector in Vietnam, Minh has gained much practical experience in this field as well as strengthened her relationship with other NGOs, donors, and Government agencies. Holding a Master of Science in Climate Change at the School of Graduate Studies, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, she has an extensive knowledge in climate change aspects such as climate change adaptation and mitigation, climate change policy, climate finance, and more. Currently, Minh is the Coordinator of Vietnam’s NGO Climate Change Working Group – a network of INGOs, Vietnamese NGOs and development agencies who contribute to reducing the vulnerability of poor people in Vietnam, which is currently chaired by CARE International in Vietnam. Minh is also the focal point for the Southern Voices program in Vietnam, a project promoting southern voices in advocating climate policies that benefit poor and vulnerable people.
