Vincentius serves as an Assistant Projects Coordinator responsible for aiding in the execution of Africa Institutes’ projects with project countries in SADC. His role entails providing assistance to Project Coordinators in seeing to it that project deliverables are executed on time. Under this role, he is required to coordinate with stakeholders (mostly governments of English -speaking countries) in upholding their commitments towards the Basel, Rotterdam and Stockholm Conventions. The role requires monitoring and evaluation of the project implementation plans.
Prior to joining the Africa Institute, Vincentius worked as a Programme Officer at the National Commission on Research, Science and Technology in Namibia where he served as the Research Coordinator. He served on several research ethics committee with both institutions of higher learning as well as with government institutions. Vincentius holds a MSc in Environmental and Energy Management.
