Yaxuan Chen

Yaxuan Chen is a Sustainability Services Expert at the Universal Postal Union (UPU), where she provides climate finance-related technical assistance to member countries, supporting sectoral transformation. Her work at UPU is the culmination of over a decade of experience in the field of green economic policy and digital transformation. Before joining UPU, Yaxuan worked as a Senior Consultant at the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), where she focused on projects of green economy transformation and disruptive technologies. Earlier in her career, Yaxuan served as a Dispute Settlement Lawyer at the Legal Affairs Division of the World Trade Organization (WTO) and as Programme Manager at the International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development (ICTSD).
