ADB Blue Pacific Finance Hub: A Regional Approach

The Asian Development Bank's Blue Pacific Finance Hub is a new initiative focused on increasing ocean investments to help build resilient blue economies through sovereign and non-sovereign lending programmes, co-financing and partnerships.

It aims to raise $50 million in grant finance to leverage $500 million in ocean investments in the Pacific. This is a key initiative under ADB’s Action Plan for Healthy Oceans and Sustainable Blue Economies, with investments geared toward addressing the impacts of climate change, supporting sustainable ocean economies, and promoting a circular economy.
