A Toolkit for Development of Smart Green Villages in Rwanda

This toolkit will provide guidelines for Smart Green Village implementation and inspire, encourage and support the users to develop and implement their own transformative strategies for establishing green, resource-efficient, and low-carbon Smart Villages. It will provide an opportunity to demonstrate the sustainability of the project and highlight how the community, and in particular women, are empowered to take the lead on local sustainable development planning. This initiative is intended to improve sustainability performance at the community level globally and to provide support to other stakeholders embarking on their own sustainability journeys.
