The study Green Economy Assessment Report: Ghana provides comparative scenarios for future growth that estimates economic, environmental and social impacts. It provides recommendations on how greening the agriculture, energy and forestry sectors can catalyze a transition to a green economy in Ghana.

This report presents the conclusions of the independent expert group on the 'Follow-up to Rio+20, notably the sustainable development goals (SDGs)' that was established by the European Commission (EC) to provide advice on the role of science, technology and innovation (STI) for implementing the new global sustainable development agenda (2030 Agenda). The group gives recommendations, both in terms of general policy orientations and concrete areas of engagement, for EU STI policy to contribute to the implementation of the 2030 Agenda in Europe and beyond, as well as for possible engagement in international initiatives concerning STI. It recommends the EU to capitalise on its Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme, which is seeking to invest more than 60% of its budget for sustainable development and is fully open to international participation.

'The State of Green Economy Report 2016: Innovation on its Mind, and in its Pages' is a review and critical reflection of the findings of the World Green Economy Summit, held annually in October in Dubai. The report was developed by the Dubai Carbon Centre of Excellence (Dubai Carbon), Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy (DSCE) and in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

The publication indexes green economic development, meanwhile, offering a platform for national and international experts, and thought leaders to share findings of research and development, solutions, tools, as well as replicable initiatives and case studies.

This report provides recommendations on the design and distribution of policymakers and development finance institutions' policy and financing tools to enable fast and cost-effective deployment of geothermal in developing countries. It draws lessons from case studies of geothermal projects with different public, private and mixed development models in Turkey, Kenya and Indonesia.
