Formulated to enable systematic monitoring and evaluation of climate change response Mozambique National Climate Change Monitoring and Evaluation System (SNMAMC) will provide the basis of national reporting to the Council of Ministers and International Conventions. It will also assist in writing reports on the impacts of climate change funding received.
