The objective of the Project is the growth of development of green urban development plans and pilot green urban development initiatives related to energy efficiency and sustainable transport in small and medium cities in Belarus.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to greening the growth path of an economy as this depends on place-based policy and institutional settings, level of development, resource endowments and particular environmental pressure points.
