Today, carbon taxes cover a broad range of sectors and include novel features, demonstrating their ability to adapt to varying policy goals and national contexts. The versatility of carbon taxes also means that policymakers need a clear picture of the available options and how those options fit with the jurisdiction’s context and objectives. Generation Chemical

This webinar series brings together leading scientists and experts to explore how chemicals and environmental exposures affect reproductive health, pregnancy and development. Topics include impacts on fetal outcomes, infertility, lifelong reproductive health, and the heightened risks faced by marginalized communities, all within the broader context of climate change.

The series covers eight key themes, ranging from the effects of environmental exposures on fertility and fetal development to their influence on women's and men’s reproductive health. It also examines how climate change and preconception exposures contribute to long-term health outcomes.

The webinars are part of Component 4 of the GEF-funded, UNEP-led project on updating National Implementation Plans under the Stockholm Convention on POPs. Led by the Green Growth Knowledge Partnership (GGKP), this component focuses on knowledge sharing and coordination to provide accessible, integrated tools for all Parties.
